The way we work
Our projects approach is, basically, the following:
1. ASSESSMENT PHASE: at Client premises we analyze organization, processes, procedures.
2. “AS IS” DEFINITION: we agree with Client the present status of the Company.
3. “TO BE” DEFINITION: we agree with Client the target status of the company.
4. ACTION PLAN DEFINITION: we agree with Client the activities of the transformation plan with timing, investments and returns estimation. We
introduce to Client the professional/s in charge for the Project execution.
5. IMPLEMENTATION: at Client premises, with direct responsibility in management, we lead internal resources in the Company transformation, Training
and coaching people, we implement all the agreed changes, continuously monitoring the ongoing situation up to the target status.
6. DELIVERY: at Target Status, after the Project debriefing and Client acceptance, we leave the Company.
